How do I become a vendor?
Sign up and select the Vendor role during registration. Complete your business profile and KYC verification. Once approved by our team, you can start listing items for rent.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through our escrow system. Funds are held securely until the rental is completed, protecting both customers and vendors.
What cities do you operate in?
We currently operate in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan, with plans to expand to more cities across Nigeria and Africa.
How do refunds work?
If a booking is cancelled before the rental period begins, a full refund is processed to your wallet. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations during the rental period, subject to the vendor's cancellation policy.
