1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentAll Africa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must ensure all listed items are accurately described, available for the stated periods, and in the condition advertised. Vendors must complete KYC verification before listing items.

4. Booking & Payments

All transactions are processed through RentAll Africa's secure payment system. A platform commission is deducted from each successful booking. Payments are held in escrow until the rental is confirmed complete.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges as determined by the vendor's policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not list illegal items, engage in fraud, harass other users, or violate any applicable Nigerian laws while using the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

RentAll Africa acts as a marketplace connecting vendors and customers. We are not liable for the condition, quality, or availability of rented items beyond our verification processes.
