All rental transactions are binding agreements between the customer and vendor. RentAll Africa serves as a marketplace facilitator.

3. Payment & Fees

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Vendors receive payouts after successful rental completion minus applicable platform fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by listing. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresent items, or violate any applicable laws.

6. Liability

RentAll Africa is not liable for damages arising from rental transactions between users. Users are encouraged to verify item conditions before and after rentals.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
