Vendor Terms & Conditions

These terms apply specifically to vendors listing items on RentAll Africa.

1. Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must complete KYC verification including phone verification, email verification, and identity document submission before listing items.

2. Listing Accuracy

Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and images for all listed items. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

3. Item Condition

Vendors are responsible for ensuring items are in good working condition as described. Condition photos are required at pickup and return.

4. Pricing & Fees

Vendors set their own rental rates (hourly and/or daily). RentAll Africa charges a platform commission on completed transactions. Subscription fees apply as per the chosen plan.

5. Payouts

Vendor earnings are held in escrow until rental completion. Payouts are processed to the registered bank account after the rental period ends and item return is confirmed.

6. Caution Fee

Vendors may set an optional caution (security deposit) percentage on listings. This is refundable to the customer upon satisfactory item return.

7. Cancellations

Vendors must honour accepted bookings. Repeated cancellations may affect vendor rating and account standing.

8. Disputes

In case of disputes, both parties should submit evidence through the platform. RentAll Africa will mediate based on available evidence.
